Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Workflows

Agentic AI development for workflows that run themselves.

Agentic AI systems are AI agents that can plan, call tools, and take actions toward a goal — not just answer questions. Techcream designs and builds single- and multi-agent workflows that read your data, make decisions within clear rules, act in your systems, and hand off to a human when it matters.

Why now

From chatbots to agents that do the work

Agentic AI is the fastest-growing AI skill in the market because companies are moving from pilots to production. The hard part isn't calling a model — it's orchestration, tool access, memory, evaluation and safe failure. That's engineering work, and it's what we do.

Anatomy of a multi-agent workflow

An orchestrator splits the goal across specialist agents; risky actions wait for a human.

  1. Trigger

    • New lead
    • Invoice in inbox
    • Support ticket
  2. Orchestrator

    • Plans steps
    • Routes work
    • Tracks state
  3. Specialist agents

    • Research agent
    • Drafting agent
    • Checker agent
  4. Human approval
  5. Act in your tools

    • Update CRM / ERP
    • Send email
    • Create task
  6. Log & learn

    • Full trace
    • Eval score
    • Cost per run
What you get

Everything needed to go live.

Agents that act in your CRM, ERP, email, Slack, databases and internal APIs (including MCP servers).

03

Agentic RAG

Agents that search, cross-check and cite your knowledge before they act.

04

Human-in-the-loop

Approval steps, confidence thresholds and escalation paths for high-stakes actions.

05

Evaluation suites

Scenario tests and success metrics so you know the agent works before users do.

06

Monitoring & cost control

Tracing, token budgets and alerts in production — see AgentOps.

How it works

From first call to production.

  1. 1

    Map the workflow

Document each decision, tool and exception in the process you want to automate.

  2. 2

    Design the agents

Choose models, roles, tools and guardrails; agree on success metrics.

  3. 3

    Build & evaluate

Iterate against real scenarios until accuracy and cost hit target.

  4. 4

    Deploy & supervise

Roll out with monitoring and human approval, then widen autonomy as trust grows.

Why Techcream

Why teams choose Techcream for Agentic AI Systems.

Agents in our own products

We operate agentic features in production, so we design for edge cases and cost from day one.

Model-agnostic

OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or open-source — we pick per task on accuracy, latency and cost.

Safety by design

Least-privilege tool access, approvals and audit logs are part of the build, not an afterthought.

Clear ROI framing

Every agent is tied to hours saved, response time or revenue — measured, not guessed.

FAQ

Agentic AI Systems, explained.

Agentic AI refers to AI systems that pursue a goal by planning steps, using tools or APIs, and taking actions — rather than producing a single answer. A multi-agent system splits work across specialised agents that coordinate with each other.

When a workflow has distinct stages with different skills or permissions — for example research, drafting and approval. Splitting them makes each agent simpler to test and safer to run.

Least-privilege tool access, validation on every action, confidence thresholds, human approval for high-impact steps, spending limits, and full tracing so every decision can be audited.

We use whatever fits: LangGraph, the OpenAI Agents SDK, the Claude Agent SDK, CrewAI or custom orchestration, plus MCP for tool access. We avoid lock-in where we can.
